This dress is full length on me, I'm 5"6. It fits beautiful and it's easy to iron. If you are are a smaller on the chest I would probably go for size down otherwise it's true to size.

I have both versions of these and they are very comfortable. Can be dressed up or down. Sizing is generous as I ordered 16 but usually wear an 18.
